With a busy schedule, it's important to know how to balance your personal and professional life. Life throws curveballs at items and it's important to be able to adapt with the changes in life. These programs will be focused on managing and developing life skills in an efficient way
Having a diverse group of leaders is significant for growth. Everyone's voice deserves to be heard and valued; everyone has different experiences that shouldn't be forgotten. These programs will highlight the beauty in being unapologetically yourself. Understanding others and having an open mind is what makes powerful leaders stand out
Building Connections/ teamwork
This program will focus on connecting with others and bonding with people from other schools. Conferences are meant to meet people and embracing what everyone has to offer. Interacting with others is essential to finding new perspectives and understanding how there's no "right way" to be a leader
Community service
Helping others is one of the key components of being a leader. With serving in the community, on your floor, on campus, or off campus, everyone has contributed to helping a community grow.
Empowerment
When a leader feels empowered, nothing can stop them. Finding ways to empower yourself and others will not only build confidence, it'll help everyone flourish together. These programs will highlight the influence that empowerment has.

As leaders, people often don't take time to make time for themselves. It's important to be aware of you mental, physical, and emotional well being. This program will have ways to help acknowledge mental, physical, and emotional health and ways to support yourself and others

For the program that can have the greatest influence on others. The impact that is has on others and will inspire others beyond the conference.

For the program that is transportable and explains how it can be brought to other schools.

For the program that is focused on individuality and inclusivity. Being unique needs to be embraced and programs that focus on this by bringing it to the next level will be granted this award.
rewrite the stars
For the program that sets up a new standard of how to create a new, creative program. The individual awarded this went above and beyond to reach the stars.
