Meet the team!
Meet Téa Wheat! She is one of our conference chair co-leaders. Her major is Elementary Education and she aspires to be a Student Affairs Professional. A fun fact about her is that her name is spelt wrong on her birth certificate!

"I knew I wanted to host IRHA 2020 after IRHA 2019. I love IRHA so much because it is such a useful conference for students to build connections with each other and learn more about themselves as leaders."
This is Shelby Mech, one of our conference chair co-leaders. Her major is Supply Chain Management and she is a senior. She aspires to run her own healthy snack and drink business. She also loves succulent plants!

She is most excited for all of the schools to finally be at Western and experience the conference.
Our head of programming is Brooke Barnes! She is a sophomore and a pre-nursing major. Brooke aspires to be a psychiatric nurse one day. A fun fact about her is that she owns 36 plants! 🌱

Meet John Porn, our head of entertainment! He is a junior with a history major. He aspires to one day work for the U.K. or Australian embassy in Chicago. In his spare time he likes to try to beat Silent Hill 2.

He chose to be on the board to "provide the best dang entertainment anyone at Western has ever provided. Ever."
This is Megan Rasmussen, our chair of registration and finance! She's an accounting major and one day hopes to be the CFO of Caterpillar or Vans. She's a part of the women's soccer team here at Western Illinois.

She chose to be on board because she's gone to IRHA the past two years and has loved her experiences.
Meet Emily Haynes, our chair of social media! She is a forensic psychology major with a minor in criminalistics and Spanish. She one day hopes to be a expert witness in court. Back home, she has a twin brother!

Brooke McDaniel is our head of hospitality! She is a junior and double majoring in law enforcement and sociology. One day she wants to working in a juvenile justice facility. A fun fact about her is that she is a flexitarian.

Meet Allison Glover, the head of our spirit committee. She doesn't have a specific aspiration yet, but at Western she is double majoring in Accounting and Finance. She is also on Western's marching band!

Dakota Fields is our IRHA advisor this year! He plans on being the student affairs practitioner in the long run. He is a huge nerd and loves video games, marvel and Disney. In his spare time he loves playing raquetball and spending time with his family.
